Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellations for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a free shipping promotion, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Sale items and clearance merchandise may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion. This will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Some financial institutions may require additional time to process the refund.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us with your order number and details of your refund inquiry. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.

For refunds processed via PayPal, please check your PayPal account directly as refunds often appear there before showing in your linked bank account.
